Purpose & Relevance for the Organization :
Partner Program is rapidly transforming and growing and we need a head count who can leverage the quality of the planning and Buying for the Lam market.
Manage operating rhythm with key stakeholders and drive key seasonal milestones
Develop key relationships and drive KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities :
End to end pre season planning for all partners in LAM
Planning and execution of buy as per net sales and margin targets
Follow up GTM milestones and execute related plans with key stakeholders
Manage daily follow up to PP results and KPIs for entire region
Follow Up buy / volume status of PP LAM
Shared and informed PP results and give visibility to all stakeholders in region and countries
Take part in trading meetings and drive action point with In Season team and the planning team
Knowledge, skills and abilities :
Feel comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of buying process
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Communication is key in this role.
A high level of analytical thinking, eye for detail and ability to adapt and create new procecess.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
University degree in Business administration, Industrial Engineering or Economics
1-3 years experience in merchandising
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Very good MS Office skills
