Increase and maintain the value of the asset. Own andmanage the relationship with owners.
Manage the operations of the hotel in order tomaximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and productquality.
Manage performance across all departments’ levels, aswell as train, develop, coach and counsel and conduct performance evaluations.
Ensure a good environment with guests and employees,in order to make the promise of the brand possible.
Respond to the innovation and implementation ofdifferentiated services offered by the hotel, aligned with the brand concept,carrying out comparative evaluations, monitoring competitive actions,stimulating an innovative work environment and generating projects that supportthe competitive capacity of the unit.
Ensure the quality of the services and the appropriatelevel of supplies to all areas of the hotel within the approved financiallimits.
Develop and strengthen the creation of networks withother general brand managers around the world, ensuring the exchange of bestpractices and other actions aimed at maintaining the brand's suppositions.
Ensure and recommend procedures that guide theactivities of the hotel, considering the fundamentals of the brand and thenetwork.
Represent the company, before the media, public,private and class entities, as well as cultivate and care for the image of thehotel and the brand, with the market, the community, associations and otherlocal representative entities.
Ensure the alignment of the contracts negotiated withthe subcontractors with the quality standards and the profitability objectivesestablished for the hotel, ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation.
Guarantee the best use of talent and createopportunities for the maximum development of hotel managers.
Strengthen the commercial spirit in the leadership,through constant challenges and incentives to increase the levels of income andprofitability of the business.
