Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking fordynamic Customer care consultant to join our teambased in Bunbury to provide an exceptional levelof service to all customers.
Your key responsibilities include but not limitedto :
Act as first point of call for all front counter-based sales enquiries
Building great relationships with our customers face to face and over the phone
Processing customer orders as well as credits
Problem solving and complaint resolution
Participate and take ownership of store replenishment exercises
What you will need to succeed :
Proven trade counter or customer service experience
Well presented with excellent communication skills
An understanding of the industrial product market would be highly valued
Can-do enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
Experience with or an understanding of the industrial product market would be highly valued
