Commercial & Pricing Policy

In this role, you have the opportunity to :

The Commercial & Pricing Policy Specialist will act as a linking pin between the Sales, Marketing and Finance teams driving pricing & distribution optimization while always acting with integrity as a custodian of Commercial & Pricing Policy.

Provides actionable managerial and operational insights derived from the different pricing systems and coordinates the price realization improvements required by the company.

You are responsible for :

  • Develop / translate Regional marketing strategy into local pricing strategy for the different businesses, teaming up with local & regional teams
  • Coordinate price and line chart updates internally and with customers as part of Market Introduction Process / (target) Price reviews.
  • Ensure price quotes and contracts are negotiated within the agreed policy
  • Ensure price terms and customer investments reflect resp. customer counter performance and strategic fit.
  • Facilitate the optimal pricing execution for new launches and active portfolio in close coordination with the segment managers, regions and the relevant businesses.
  • Analyze pricing KPIs and act as a consultant towards sales, marketing and finance to facilitate decision making and drive continuous pricing and profitability performance improvements.
  • Act as an ambassador for Commercial Pricing Policy to help the company transform in its pricing expertise journey
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :

    Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related careers.

    More than 8 years of experience in multinational companies ideally within the Healthtech industry (Medical Equipment)

    Experience in setting pricing strategy , commercial, finance, or audit role.

    Bilingual in English.

    Strong conceptual and analytical skills but also hands-on.

    Good analytic tool skills (Excel mandatory and SAP is preferred).

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Based in Colombia, Bogotá will act as a Commercial & Pricing Policy for Philips North Latam. This position will report to the Commercial & Pricing Policy Leader Latam, based in Panamá.
