The Inside Sales Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Ezlo Sales VP and sales team in obtaining and keeping customers by performing administrative and clerical tasks.
Integrity, an inherent sense of urgency, effective communication skills, desire to learn and passion are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities - Tracking the sales against budget and building of a bridge with the discrepancies - Tracking the quotas and goals of each member of the sales team - proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets are a must! - Maintaining an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals - Handling all administrative duties for the sales department or team, including scheduling client conferences and meetings - Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures - Knowledge of company products - Knowledge of company product pricing, discount and estimating formulas and guidelines Strong attention to detail - Providing assistance to management team members and executives as needed - Performing data entry duties in regards to metrics, sales figures, and other key data - Creating and processing sales in a timely manner - Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required - Attend periodic sales training where applicable Qualifications : - Native / Fluent English and Spanish.
