About the position
Continuous threat monitoring and first level response to Cybersecurity incidents for multiple customers.
First response to Cybersecurity events through tickets, mails or telephone.
Monitoring, threat analysis and incident response through documented procedures.
Problem solving and escalate them in specific scenarios to level 2 analysts and technical leaders.
Training to Junior analysts
Customer interactions, attending to their necessities and questions related to tickets.
Incident actions documentation.
Specialized searches related to fraud evidence,
Team procedures and policies Improvements recommendations.
Team collaborative actions in order to improve better practices.
Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
Experience & Qualifications
Student or professional in Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related.
One year of experience in Operations oriented jobs (SOC, Help Desk or related).
Operative Systems as Windows and Linux.
Intermediate English (Speaking and writing)
