Key areas of responsibility :
Strategic and tactical planning for the Agile Software Development Business
Accountable for delivering all ASD Business Unit projects :
Developing and managing the overall budget
Planning short and long-term objectives
Managing the ASD team (recruiting, training, retention, performance management)
Working closely with Sales team to manage client expectations, prepare compelling proposals and SOWs
Managing the entire project life-cycle from project kick-off to end-of project lessons learned
Administration / Operations : Logistics, Facilities, IT and Infrastructure
Legal / Compliance
Business Accountability :
Support CEO and leadership team in developing and executing strategic and tactical plans
As a company executive, Act in-stead of the CEO as required as it relates to the ASD business; Representing the company as needed
Drive key projects as assigned to support company strategy, e.g., M&A activity such as integrating new companies and business units
Delivery Accountability : ' Ensure all client projects are sourced and well managedto deliver a superior experience
Partner with HR to ensure we have the right talent for the project / client needs' Drive successful fulfillment of our commitments to our clients
Provide direction to all Delivery Managers to effectively manage and grow existing accounts, meet client expectations and drive successful completion of all projects
Work closely with clients to develop long term trust based relationships and ensure their needs are being met (e.g., client status meetings, issue resolution, etc.)
Engagement oversight ' risk mgmt., communication, status, staffing changes, tracking of deliverables, change mgmt., budget tracking, contract mgmt.
Responsible for delivering results ' short and long term - managing client relationships to achieve sustainable growth
Manage and track profitability of all projects to meet targets
Oversee team utilization and ensure team is effectively leveraged for client and internal work
Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to support their activities and drive handoff from sales to client on-boarding / project kickoff
Manage some USA based resources, and HQ Tampa based administrative resources to support daily operations and client deliverables
Collaborate closely with LATAM teams to meet company and client goals
Financial Support :
Collaborate with Finance leadership to : Oversee P&L, Ensure cash flow to sustain company operations including payroll
Drive and implement tax efficienciesOversee payroll, local, state and federal reporting and compliance
Track contract status, spend, expirations, renewalsManage all providers, accounts payables
Help create, manage and track budgets globally and control spend against targets
Ensure accurate and timely billing to customers as well as timely paymentsLeverage process, people and technology to effectively bill clients with high level of accuracy and ensuring timely paymentsOversee process to track invoice again, payment terms, etc.
Administration and Operations : Logistics, Facilities, IT and Infrastructure :
Responsible for all office operations, ensure facilities supports business operations (manage vendors, maintenance, asset management, physical security)
Drive internal initiatives to streamline operations : accounting / HR system, Security certifications, etc.
Ensure facilities can support growth across regions
Risk management (safety, asset management, security checks, facility safety)
Support Operating procedures / policies across facilities (globally)
Assess new locations / countries for new operations as needed
Collaborate closely with LATAM leadership to drive completion of strategic imperatives and tactics, and help address any issues / risks
Drive Internal IT functions and operations, including processes and technology needed to support : Manage of all licenses and technology used to support all Operations functions
Drive technology projects to support and streamline operationsAssess, Implement, Support and improve internal tools, for example :
Website, accounting, etc.
Internal tools to support company growth and automation of daily activities or to support company strategy / tactics
Applications to support global operations (HR, Finance, Payroll, Billing, etc.)

Legal and Compliance aspects
Drive any legal / contract activity with all parties (clients, partners, vendors, employees, Subcontractors
Work with sales team to ensure contracts are right from the beginning
Communicate contracts with leaders and delivery teamsEnsure complianceTrack terminations, extensions, etc.
Collaborate with Procurement organizations when needed to get MSAs and SOWs in place
Ensure companies globally are in compliance with regulations at country and state / local level
Manage any required visa processes for new hires or transfers
Act as primary contact for any legal matters both internal and with customers (e.g., review MSAs, SOWs, NDAs)
Travel Requirements :
Travel at least 25% of the time, e.g., to Medellin or client locations in North America
