Qualitative Evaluation Expert, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Activity, Colombia
The purpose of this Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Activity contract is to provide USAID / Colombia with technical and advisory services related to the MEL of USAID / Colombia projects and activities.
To support this purpose, Panagora Group and its subcontractor Management Systems International (MSI) will provide technical advisory MEL services to the USAID / Colombia Mission.
Position Summary :
Serve as qualitative evaluation expert for the mid-term evaluation of a USAID Colombia activity.
Leadership in designing and implementing the qualitative methodology for a mid-term performance evaluation (MT-PE) of a USAID Activity in Colombia.
iv) triangulation of sources of information; v) drafting of qualitative final report; vi) Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) activities for qualitative results.
Interested candidates must have the following qualifications :
Education : Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in any area of social or natural sciences.
Work Experience :
A minimum of (5) years of experience in conducting evaluations with some degree of qualitative analysis.
Proven experience in conducting qualitative research, context analysis, implementing, or evaluating development programs.
Proven experience with mixed method analysis.
Proven analytical thinking, accuracy, communication and interpersonal skills, and teamwork.
Fully written and speaking English proficiency.
