As a Research Manager, will be responsible for Ad-Hoc business in GfK Colombia and Peru having client satisfaction and client development as main goals.
As Research Manager you will have the following key accountabilities :
You will take ownership for client service and projects.
You will be responsible for the project’s budget / profit and targets achievement.
You will design studies, writing commentaries, charting, summaries, taking into account project’s aims and client’s needs.
You will compare signals coming from our data with other data points to improve report’s delivery.
You will develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams to achieve role expectations.
You will support commercial team in pitches and client proposals providing solutions to develop the business.
You will lead a team based on his / her seniority and will be accountable for their development.

Economics, Marketing, Commercial or related careers bachelor degree.
You should solve problems effectively, have analytical expertise and hability to identifiy client needs.
You must be an advance user of Excel and Power Point.
You must have fluent level in English, both written and oral.
