We are looking for customer service agents in-bound calls (NO SALES NO COLLECTION NO RETENTIONS) to be part of our 5th wave!! If you are looking for growing opportunities this job is for you!

Offer details :

  • Work modality : On site / Carrera 69 # 25B 44, salitre (In front of the Transmilenio station : El tiempo-Maloka)
  • Base salary : $2,300,000 + $700,000 (attendance bonus + metrics)
  • Type of contract : Indefinite from day 1
  • Weekly workload : 45 hours + 2 days off (from nesting).
  • Training Schedule : Monday to Saturday from 7 : 00am to 2 : 00pm or 2 : 00pm to 9 : 00pm X 6 weeks (Sundays Off). FULLY PAID FROM DAY 1
  • Nesting Schedule : Tuesday to Saturday in a schedule that matches the one you chose on training x 6 WEEKS (Sundays and Mondays Off).
  • Operations Hours : The campaign operates from 6 : 00 am to 11 : 00 pm (your shift schedule will be assigned within that time slot, taking into account the needs of the company and your expectations) you will always have 2 DAYS OFF
  • Bonus for each contracted referral : $1,122,000 (terms and conditions apply)
