Do you want to be in the driver's seat helping us promote and sell our global brands?In this role you will be responsible for development, implementation and control of Training Programs for sales representatives, district managers, key account managers and regional managers!The main activities are focus on improve the capability plan for the P&G Health sales organization, such as : Development the Onboarding program for new employees, sales force convention, cycle meetings and distance training programs (E-learning, TabMedia, Webcasting);
Conducting periodic field mentorship, monitoring performance evaluation and apply suggestions for improvement;Checking training needs with partners of medical detailing and sales areas;
Ensure the accurate application of marketing strategies in the Company;Guiding and training sales promotion team inside the rules of code of conduct, rules compliance and other processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING : - Responsible for training activities in Pacific Cluster (Colombia, Ecuador, Chile and Peru)- Develop strategic training plan for sales force P&G Health : Medical Detailing, Pharmacy, KAM & KAE, field sales forces.
Create and deliver sales training programs that support the business and offer guidance to the sales force.- Partners with Medical Detailing Head, Medical Manager, Commercial Head, Trade Head and Marketing Managers to assess training needs and develop programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques and that will enable the sales team to maximize revenue potential.
Develop framework, tools and knowledge base for launch excellence in Pacific and implement training to ensure the organization successfully launches new products- Analyze the learning needs (Hard skills and soft skills) based on priorities and current situation- Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, Medical detailing, Trade and Commercial Areas in the definition of the training needs and priorities- Develop a training proposal to achieve outcomes using the most efficient delivery methods for learning (e.
g. approach, objectives, learning program, list of learning topics, planning, resources)- Design and coordinate the training development of the learning programs and e-learning programs- Implement and evaluate the learning program- Follow up on learning implementation on the FFs (Medical, Trade and Commercial) and define action plans
QUALIFICATIONSIf you're a good fit you : - Education : Bachelor’s degree in medicine, Health related career or Communications- Pharmaceutical industry experience at least of years- Sales background (as Representative or First Line Sales Manager) is a must.
