Support Content Management activities, insure accurate on-time delivery of product data and content assets
Completely understand and optimize the Content Management workflow and tool set
Facilitate production content deployments, be available to troubleshoot issues
Validate product data and content assets globally and support enterprise initiatives
Codify content management process and tools for reusability
Work with technology leadership to review and approve processes
Serve as a subject matter expert in one technical work stream critical to the overall product
Champion best practices, this person provides the development team with direct support, technical insight and helps to resolve team impediments
Basic understanding of project management and business analysis practices
Troubleshooting and issue resolution
Software Engineering / Web Development degree or equivalent experience.
3+ year of experience working with Content Management Systems of related technologies.
Experience with Adobe AEM Content Management System (a plus)
Experience building consumer-facing websites with templates and components using content
Experience working with Tag Management.
Experience with personalization tools.
Understanding of CMS platform setups.
Experience with a multi-site, multi-language, multi-market solutions.
Fluent reading HTML markup and basic CSS styles.
