Tittle : PI Case Manager

Location : Medellin - Colombia

Requirements :

English Level : A C1-Native English level is required. Great grammar and sentence structure both in writing and while talking, is a must.

Great communication skills are required. Reading comprehension is key. The position demands the candidate to quickly get acquainted with statutes and other written text overseeing legal terminology.

Age : Candidates under the age of 24 years old will not be considered to apply for this position (as per client's request).

Soft skills : Self-driven, autonomous, proactive, collaborative, empathetic and persuasive. These people are to be compassionate, affiliative leaders as they will train all the new hires, we get, for the Personal Injury department.

All traits are important but the most important one is permanence. Losing one of these candidates halfway through the training is detrimental.

Need people who will stay at the very least for the next five years. All these soft skills are non-negotiable to the client.

Hard skills : A bachelor's degree in social sciences is a must . A bachelor's degree in law is desired. This person needs to love studying.

The full training for becoming a case manager takes around four months of both practicing and studying new laws and different statutes.

Responsibilities :

This person will talk to the firm's clients and follow up on their cases. Personal Injury cases could go for long as a year.

For that time period, this people will need to build a relationship with the firm's clients as they will be their only point of contact.

In addition to that, these first two case managers will be the leaders of the Personal Injury department at Solvo. They will be in charge of training and supervising all people within that department as the client is looking to move that part of his operation to Solvo.
