Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :

  • Build and lead the digital business performance analytics function within the Market Digital Partner Commerce (DPC) organization.
  • Be responsible for delivering cutting edge analytics services to all market stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions.
  • Act as local centre of expertise within DPC for all analytics related topics and drive the implementation of analytics tools across the organization.
  • Lead strategic assignments or projects related to developing a larger understanding and stronger guidance on how to elevate the DPC execution
  • Responsibilities

  • Prepare data analysis for account and country DPC teams based on Global DPC Business Analytics framework for (exemplary analytics areas may include but are not limited to) : Digital sales performance analysis & insights reporting Digital web performance analysis & insights reporting Digital account diagnostics Media Marketing campaign analysis and optimization Product range analysis & quantitative assortment optimization Paid and organic on-site search analysis & optimization Translate analytics into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights Implement global initiative testing and tracking solutions
  • Consult across market DPC and account teams in driving consistent language, insight generation and utilization towards business optimization and development
  • Accountable for LAM Market data sourcing and management
  • Be the LAM Market point of contact for all key external stakeholders (eCom digital analytics, Market finance, etc.)
  • Work with Global DPC business analytics to input local insights and business reality, improve reporting structures and distil best practices across markets
  • Define data modeling, analytics platforms and visualization guidelines for DPC business performance data across the region with the different partners.
  • Input account specific insights to global DPC Business analytics

  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Experience in different fields of digital measurement tools and measurement platforms for web analytics, mobile, paid media, social, sentiment, SEO, etc.
  • Experience with data management tools to centralize, automate and visualize large volumes of data from different sources.
  • Experience in eCommerce environment
  • Experience with BI, Financial Planning, Merchandising processes, tools and KPIs.
  • Profound experience with data and visualization techniques.
  • Experience with B2B sales data
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills (PPT or advanced tools).
  • Digital Project Management skills
  • Lean-agile project management
