we operate professional Msp tools and automation systems including N-able and Servicenowwe are looking for an It Support tecnician to work with our Bogota Teamessential to the role is your fascination and love of technology and your desire to try new things and see how they work.

you understand that it is important not only to help fix equipment, but to build positive customer relationships with appropriate technical advice and timely repairs.

  • This role is required to provide efficient, effective and timely delivery of local It support Services. Ensuring all customer requests for service, including incidents and requests, are resolved / delivered / managed in accordance with agreed service levels to minimise the impact of service disruptions to the client, whilst ensuring that national processes and procedures are adhered to.
  • Identify and locally escalate support requests that are symptomatic of an unresolved underlying problem in It equipment or services.
  • efficient and effective delivery of onsite and remote It support in accordance to Sla’s- Identify and locally escalate support requests that are symptomatic of an unresolved underlying problem in It equipment or services.

  • Administration of Microsoft infrastructure including services and Vms, Sharepoint, Active Directory and Microsoft 365- Managing the installation, upgrade, maintenance and administration of relevant servers, networks, associated infrastructure and hardware systems in offices- Manage It systems backup & disaster recovery, including integrity testing- Collaborate on specialised It projects and upgrades with an internal and external It team.
  • Telephone System Maintenance & Configuration- Train relevant staff in the use of technology and common applications- Level 2 It Service Desk support - provide a high level of customer service over the phone with the assistance of remote access- Collaboration with others to ensure support is provided to customers at a quality consistent with the company’s high standards- You will develop and maintain system documentation, registers and guides to provide information to stakeholders to assist them- Creating custom data extracts and reports using Sql and Xl as per customer requirementstecnical Skills-ms Windows Server and Desktop Operating systems- Experience in trouble shooting a range of Software Applications and Products.
  • Office 365 / Microsoft 365 / Azure / Active Directory- Ticketing Systems experience- Network support and troubleshooting- Printer configuration and troubleshooting- High level knowledge of current end-user hardware and software- Ability to work independently when needed- Communication skills to explain technology in simple terms to end users of all skill levels
