  • About the Position

    AppGate is seeking a talented Information Administrative Assistant

    Position Responsibilities

    Administrative Management

  • Complementary activities inherent to its load.
  • Attention to administrative requirements.
  • Attention and Management of internal and external Clients related to the Organization.
  • Management of internal and external correspondence. Receive, process and send correspondence and messages addressed to the different areas of the Organization.
  • It includes the daily acknowledgment of receipt of invoices / correspondence / packages and other assets received.

  • Operate the telephone exchange, making and receiving calls, connecting them with the different extensions of the Organization's employees.
  • Includes international and national calls.

  • Reception of suppliers.
  • Report weekly to your immediate boss the activities assigned for your role.
  • Purchase Management

  • Support in service to suppliers.
  • Support in purchasing inventory control.
  • Support in controlling the document management of the purchasing area.
  • Support in quotes seeking improvements for the company.
  • Support in the generation of purchase and service orders.
  • Support in generating regular and credit card purchases.
  • Support in the timely attention of the requested purchases.
  • Support and monitoring of requested purchases.
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, first year student in technical careers in careers such as General Administration, Accounting or Computer Science, Administrative Management Technologist.
  • General work experience of 1 (one) year in the public and / or private sector.
  • Specific experience of 6 months in the area of Reception and Customer Service.
  • Ability to learn to manage computer systems.
  • Organized and methodical.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Vocation of service, commitment to work and Organization.
  • Oral and written language skills, both in fluency and clarity.
  • Good interpersonal relationship.
  • Positive attitude, with a desire to learn and contribute positively.
  • Self-taught and Pro-active.
  • Excellent handling of Office tools (windows word, excel, outlook, power point).
