We are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator for our team in Bogotá to helps us continuously grow and maintain our driver base.
You will be essential in the creation of the marketing plans and the development and execution of our driver acquisition campaigns through all available communication channels and platforms.
A great plus would be a charismatic personality with a commercial mindset with experience in sales and customer acquisition.

What will you have to do day in day out :
Execute lifecycle needs for the acquisition, activation, retention, re-engagement and referral of drivers.
On-going data analysisto identify opportunities and present creative and unique initiatives to address them.
Own the driver journey, identifying the ideal communication touchpoints and messages by touchpoint.
Lead the development of local driver awareness campaigns
Work hand in hand with the local Ops team to support them in all locally developed driver acquisition plans
Work with the Social Media team in the development of Social Media campaigns to create brand awareness and drive engagement.
Help prepare communication material for drivers (leaflets, product feature presentation, emails, messages etc)Establish potential partnerships with local companies to escalate driver acquisition and / or increase driver loyalty
Understand, learn & implement Brand Guidelines to ensure brand consistency in all channels.
Manage external agencies and providers.
What you’ll need to have :
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Administration or similar field.
4-6 years experience working in Marketing and Sales, Trade Marketing or B2B.
Experience and / or affinity with Sales and Customer Acquisition Campaigns
Experience in digital marketing and social media is a plus.
Fluency in English both written and verbal is a must.
Excellent Excel skills
Highly analytical and numbers oriented
High adaptability to change and ability to execute quickly.
Ability to collaborate effectively, work cross-functionally and cross-culturally with local and global teams, critical thinking and initiative in a fast-moving environment.
