Able to communicate with people easily and manage and agenda effectively.Full Job Description*Runs the office and acts as the senior person for all staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Works with all departments to ensure production is running to capacityEnsures external client’s deliverables are being met or exceeded, daily, weekly, monthly.

Stays on top of new processes or technologies that help the company become more efficient, resulting in improved KPIs.Coordinates as needed with the local operations staff to ensure they are concentrated 100% on production and not on administrative or operational tasks.

The call center coordinator removes these barriers to get them back on production.Assists and helps establish and organize the local production terminals for anything regarding but not limited to : Human Resources, Finance, Quality Control, Account Managers, IT, and Business Development.

In charge of Recruiting and training departments.Job Type : Full-timeSalary : $400,000,000 - $500,000,000 per month
