ABOUT THE ROLE The Special Projects Manager is responsible for ensuring partners can onboard efficiently, escalate concerns easily, and ultimately deploy Rappi’s projects successfully to their customers.
Along the way, we review partner requests, ensure multidisciplinary teams are aligned on requirements, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING ·Project Management : Own all facets of the project management process. Coordinate training and on-boarding of new partners to Rappi products and tools.
Assist with pre-sales product demonstrations and partner needs analysis.·Partner Obsession : Acquire deep knowledge of customers’ vision, products, and objectives.
Anticipate partner needs and resolve significant pain points before they become fires. Advocate partner needs to internal teams and provide compelling evidence to inspire action.
Balance customer needs and competing business priorities, look for opportunities for efficiency, automate repetitive work, and design scalable workflows.
Help partners optimize their Rappi programs to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing user value.·Quantitative Analysis : Create and utilize reporting and analytics, data modeling, and business case analysis to identify opportunities for partners and ensure their objectives are achieved.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This individual must be capable of leading business reviews, and large group meetings with external partners and Rappi internal teams.
