The Talent Acquisition Consultant will develop and implement programs to recruit and select the talent to meet our business needs.

In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring and development needs, develop and implement sourcing and branding strategies, as well bring external market insights to ensure our competitiveness in the market.


  • Develop and execute strategies to support hiring activities across functions and businesses for assigned area, portfolio or project.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to build sourcing strategies and recruiting plans based on business needs.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to drive a consultative approach for market research and mapping, sourcing, assessment, selection and offer management in order to recruit top diverse candidates in a cost effective manner.
  • Utilize internal analytics and metrics to resolve or improve upon talent acquisition practices, processes and strategies.
  • Ensure policies, processes and legal requirements comply with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
  • Other duties as assigned


    Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, business administration or related.

    Bilingual English- spanish

    Confirmed business partnering skills.

    Experience with recruiting technology and tools, such as Success Factors and LinkedIn

    Experience with candidate pipeline development through personal networking, research, and a variety of talent attraction and engagement methods, processes, and tools.

    Minimum of six years of related work experience

    Other minimum qualifications may apply


    In-house recruitment experience.

    Experience with campus and or Manufacturing recruitment.

    High level of Portuguese


    Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

    Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
