What you’ll do

We’re looking for an Alliances and Channel Specialist to develop, manage and implement our company’s channel program in Colombia & Ecuador.

You will be responsible for a regional quota based on performance and sales derived from our channel & Alliances partners.

You will :

  • Be responsible for the enablement (sales & technical) of these partners leveraging internal company’s resources.
  • Recruit key partners to cover gaps in our market coverage
  • Work to maintain a healthy partner ecosystem, avoiding channel conflict
  • Execute a sales strategy designed to achieve the required target quota for the country
  • Monitor KPIs Key performance Indicators which reflect our partner’s performance and their impact on our lines of business
  • Have regular cadence meetings with partners and alliances members
  • Codevelop Business plans for your top partners, designed around SAS and partner’s common goals and objectives.
  • What we’re looking for

  • You are a self-starter, entrepreneurial minded individual
  • You excel at negotiations with C-level roles, you are a facilitator and diplomat
  • You have well-grounded technical and industry knowledge,
  • You understand The age of the Cloud and the implications of Digital Transformation
  • You are sales focused, always with a partner mentality
  • You are creative, a good listener with a win-win approach in your business relationships
  • You’re curious, passionate, authentic and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do.
  • You have 5+ years of experience working with a software vendor’s channel / alliances organization.
  • You have 5+ years of experienced working with channels / alliances in Colombia / Ecuador
  • Public Sector (Selling to large Government entities) experience preferred.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish, oral and written.
