In this role, you get to :
Handle customer service inquiries
Manage and overcome objections for subscribers’ cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
Execute various functional services including analysis of Customer Loyalty data, creation of job aids, quality monitoring, sales, coaching, tracking, and trending of customer comments and requests

Bachelor’s degree required
