Also, you will provide advice on how best to structure business arrangements with service providers and help to coordinate the implementation of risk management steps recommended by Firm Legal, Tax, Finance, Human Resources, Global Procurement, and External Relations.
Besides that, you will support Firm leaders, including Consulting Teams, IT, Finance, Global Procurement, Human Resources and Knowledge, in business discussions and managing relationships with external vendors and advisors with the mindset of driving process improvement, with a focus on Firm and client impact.
Furthermore, you will work with attorneys, other contract managers and paralegals on projects in support of Firm initiatives.
