What success looks like in this role :

Responsible for the Strategic Vendor relationship with ServiceNow which is integral to many key accounts and fundamental to a number of our tools and platforms.

Able to support sales / Pursuit to help ensure that we are Able to leverage our Strategic relationship to win deals.

Ability to deal with operational issues in the implementation of contractual issue around the deployment of ServiceNow.

Ability to set global technical standards to maintain the integrity of this platform within Unisys.

Ability to lead a global team and support clients around the globe

You will be successful in this role if you have :

ServiceNow Experience

Experience leading global teams (135+ team members)

ITIL Awareness and SM background

Strong leadership and communication skills required

Attention to details and strong organization skills

Great client focus and customer service

Adaptability and dealing with competing corporate priorities

Excellent analytical skills

Strong ability to build relationship

Experience of strategic Vendor Management (ServiceNow) and the ability to manage this relationship

Strong negotiation skills

Led ServiceNow teams someone who has taken on this responsibility previously / currently with our competitors.
