Team Leader Responsibilities for Sales Account Managers hub covering account managers with high volume portfolios, in addition to 25-50 clients within the successful candidates own portfolio.

reponsible for overseeing hubs development, onboarding and support of new hires and oversight with Team Lead of client experience across the teams remit.

The hub will : + Drive revenue realisation through Cross Sell and partnership with TTS and Banking Business Units+ Work in partnership with the TTS Global / Regional TTS Solution Sales Specialist and Bankers to ensure understanding of key TTS Sales activities for portfolio and provide relevant support and drive completion of projects.

  • Co-ordinate and oversee in partnership with Operations updating customer account and / or product structures.+ Responsible for incremental cross sell of new TTS products and services.
  • Development Value : + - Team Leader & People Management Experience+ - Cross-functional exposure within the TTS organization+ - In-depth knowledge of all subsets of TTS products+ - Exposure to senior TTS Management+ - Have cross-border work experience managing Corporate and Public Sector clients across countries and regions+ - Work closely with the Sector / Cross Regional Product Sales Heads, Client Operations, Implementation, Product Management and Risk Group(s)+ - Work with other Sector Heads and partners to develop in-depth training and marketing toolkits for clients+ - Work closely with counterparts in the Global Corporate Bank to drive TTS sales origination and cross-sell+ - Work with partners to contribute to a positive impact on Client Experience and VOC survey resultsKnowledge / Experience : + Possesses knowledge of TTS and other banking products+ Strong marketing and selling skills & 'customer first' mind-set.

  • Experience in delivering sales results and meeting financial plans - ability to thrive in a result-oriented environment+ Ability to work with a pipeline management tool in tracking value of sales wins and losses, sales cycle tracking and tracking sales activities via dashboards+ Ability to implement ideas and concepts into measurable actionsJob Qualifications : + Minimum of 15+ years' experience, preferably in Transaction Services origination and business management and / or Global Banking relationship management+ Cash Sales / Relationship Manager / GSG Banker Experience or other client relationship experience with proven track record required+ Advanced problem solving skills+ Excellent interpersonal skills & networking savey+ Trusted team player+ Committed high energy and initiative taker+ Time Management and Organizational Skills+ Undergraduate, and preferably a Master's degree+
  • Strong PC skills, includes Microsoft Office with in depth knowledge of Excel (pivot, vlookups etc) and Power Point (able to create a story board & "sell").
