As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our Account Executive team. As a member in our Account Executive team , you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, prospecting leads, following up with leads in our CRM, and creating detailed business plans to achieve revenue growth.

This is a remote position (within Colombia), where you will be working for our Medellin office. We are looking for a full-time employee.

We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can work from your home at all times within Colombia. For the role of Account Executive the salary range is $5.

000.000 - $8.000.000 gross per month (optional) based on experience.

Some of your key tasks as Account Executive

Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas;

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal;

Prospect new leads through various channels (e-mail, text, cold calling, social selling, etc) and create and maintain a full pipeline;

Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships;

Present products to prospective clients;

Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty;

Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs;

Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation;

Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

What you will bring to the Account Executive team

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably within Saas)

Strong negotiating skills;

Experience with presenting / giving demo's;

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

Commercial, practical and a result driven personality;

Tech-savvy and good problem solving skills;

Enthusiastic, independent and persistent
