We are looking for a Business Operations Professional to join some of the industry’s brightest minds that provide our customers and partners with security value and outcomes.

The Business Operations Professional will help Alert Logic achieve its tactical goals associated with our operations in Cali, Colombia .

The role will support Alert Logic in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Facilities and People Experience.

Due the nature of this role, this opportunity will be office based in Cali, Colombia.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Finance and Accounts Payable responsibilities in Colombia including communication and coordination with our third-party service providers.
  • Responsible for the procurement to pay process in Colombia.
  • Manage, collect, organize and sort physical mail and / or electronic correspondence for Finance and Accounts Payable.
  • Prepare and organize the documentation required for Finance and Accounting audits.
  • Managing the process for the Colombia statutory audit including the coordination between the third-party bookkeepers and our auditors.
  • Assist in managing regulatory Financial and Accounting requirements including but not limited to reporting deadlines, audit deadlines, census, and survey requirements.
  • Responsible for all facility / office related matters associated with the Cali office including but not limited to coordinating office maintenance, repairs, and remodel projects.
  • Plan and organize the minimum monthly training hours in biosafety and mental health as required by Colombia regulations for our employees.
  • Responsible for all employee personnel file maintenance, including new hires, active employees and terminations.
  • Provide administrative support for all mandatory activities related to the SGSST program for employees
  • annual medical checkups, regulations, activities, training, committees, etc.).

  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 - 5 years of general administrative, financial, accounting, human resources, and / or office related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • English proficiency level required : B2 or higher’
  • Preference will be given to candidates that have previously worked in a multinational company
  • Desired Skills and Experience

  • Action oriented individual, ability to prioritize and organize work appropriately
  • Detail oriented, analytical skills a plus
  • Passionate about teamwork and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Education

  • Associates degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
