Responsible for the delivery of projects in the Network Failover Team within defined financial and timescale targets. Delivers small to medium scale projects to a bespoke, non-
standard customer. Overall Responsibility for multiple deliverables under his / her own project, coordinating internal resources and third parties / vendors to ensure all projects are delivered on-
time, within scope and within budget. Also acts as a liaison or facilitator for operations readiness. Work proactively with the CTBS Delivery Lead to shape the program strategy and translate goals into solutions.

What you'll be doing
The identification, planning and coordination of a set of activities within a wider programme of business change, related to the Network Transformation projects or the improvement of the current Network Operations.
Ensuring Service Delivery plans are prepared and ready for service take-on, designed & delivered & compliant to Systems standards
To work in partnership with the Design, Engineering, Commercial and Operations teams to ensure new services are brought into service appropriately.
Supports and advises on aspects of budgeting, internal and external reporting, invoicing, and procurement
Manages the planning integration and milestone dependencies with other Programmes.
Participates in issue and risk management processes for the Project and status meetings ensuring IT are delivering in line with Project Plan.

Bachelor in Electrical, Electronics, Telecomunications, Systems Engineering or related
spanish native, English fluently.
7+ years of experience in the IT / Outsourcing industry, with evidence of utilizing project management techniques to capture requirements, plan an end to end project including deployment plans.
Must have developed the appropriate communication skills with a sound ability to negotiate internally and externally in significant client and stakeholder relationships.
Experienced delivery agent with specific experience of delivering to clients directly and delivery of significant and / or time critical products.
Effective stakeholder communication, reporting, planning and monitoring is essential to the role.
Experience in leading a small multi-geographical teams, or have responsibility for a technical / business delivery.
Demonstrable experience of being a customer champion when managing the customer’s ideas, requirements and issues ; building
Demonstrates industry leading technical knowledge and appreciation of global technology trends :
Effective management of risks, benefits and rewards surrounding the projects that are being implemented. Expected to be the escalation point for resolution of customer issues relating to the delivery of solutions.
