What we're looking for :

We're looking for an outstanding Field Sales Manager! You will be handling the mid-market commercial customer base in Bogotá, Colombia.

You will develop and handle an assigned geographical territory consisting of valuable resellers (volume and non-volume), strategic partners, prospects and customers to increase our market share and revenue.

Position Overview

As a Senior Field Sales Manager, you will establish relationships and engage with businesses to find opportunities and sell Citrix products and services.

In this role, you will increase Citrix penetration within territory by using a leveraged model (e.g., Sales Engineer, Networking Sales Specialist, Demand Gen, Channel) to build opportunities using Citrix channel partners and closing the sale to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

Primary Responsibilities

Prospects for new business, direct customer engagement, working with our Citrix Solutions Network (CSN) partners to increase product knowledge and efficiencies, and demonstrating ISV and Citrix Strategic Business Alliances (CBA) relationships to drive sales into end user accounts.

Responsible for all aspects of the sale from pricing negotiations to contract development to ensuring successful order fulfillment once the order has been received and processed by Citrix.

Ability to use and increase CSN / CBA / SI / ISV partners as the fulfillment channel while working with Citrix user accounts on IT initiatives.

Lead weekly forecasts against revenue targets, pipeline and set appropriate monthly and quarterly revenue expectations using

Ability to partner with sales and service organizations and IT business executives within corporate environments.

Responsible for medium to large accounts or quota / territory.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

10+ years prior confirmed experience.

English professional proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization.

Requires broad management and leadership knowledge to lead multiple areas.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a progressive, large, multi-national software, technology, and consulting organization.
