We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager in Colombia! Someone to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are exceeded, and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

The responsibilities will be :

  • To establish the project plan baseline : define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and observe all activities
  • Steer project execution : track project activities, observe and handle changes, dispute and critical issues
  • Handle customer and partner engagement : Pilot all aspects of customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
  • To ensure financial system monitoring
  • Business developing : participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
  • To develop the CPM regulation : simplify processes, methods and tools with innovative ideas
  • To be successful, you may need :

  • Financial acuity & analysis skills
  • Leading & supervising
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Customer and market insight
  • Communication & influencing skills
  • Key Qualification :

  • Engineering studies (Telecommunications, Electronics or similar)
  • Telecom Industry understanding
  • English language proficiency
  • Desirable :

  • Experience working with remote teams
  • Knowledge in Agile Methodologies (SCRUM / Kanban).
  • PSM, PSD, PSPO Agile Certifications is a plus.
  • ITIL, PMO Certifications is desirable.
