The Online Sales leader is responsible for managing the relationship with online retailers and marketplaces to drive online sales and great online customer experience.
Role and Responsibilities
Define strategy with online retailers and marketplaces to drive online sales and profitability as well as customer experience .
Partner with online retail buyer teams and internal stakeholders to formulate strategic category plans for Mobile, Audio & Video and Appliances .
Negotiate with retail partners innovative marketing programs to secure brand exposure and sales.
Manage sales forecast and pricing .
Customer experience : build and track digital content for Samsung products, secure Samsung buyer’s experience.
Manage projects’ progress and reporting to top management
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing or similar field.
Professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in online retailers and / or marketplaces with track record of increasing responsibility and results.
Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
English : Fully bilingual / Advanced
