Position Summary

The Online Sales leader is responsible for managing the relationship with online retailers and marketplaces to drive online sales and great online customer experience.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Define strategy with online retailers and marketplaces to drive online sales and profitability as well as customer experience .
  • Partner with online retail buyer teams and internal stakeholders to formulate strategic category plans for Mobile, Audio & Video and Appliances .
  • Negotiate with retail partners innovative marketing programs to secure brand exposure and sales.
  • Manage sales forecast and pricing .
  • Customer experience : build and track digital content for Samsung products, secure Samsung buyer’s experience.
  • Manage projects’ progress and reporting to top management
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing or similar field.
  • Professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in online retailers and / or marketplaces with track record of increasing responsibility and results.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
  • English : Fully bilingual / Advanced
  • Work Location : Bogotá
