HubSpot is looking for our next manager in the Customer Success organization, specifically in the Partner Program. This manager would lead a team of Customer Success Managers that focus on driving success with our partners and their HubSpot clients.
We are looking for experienced people-leaders with skills in program management and communication to help drive outcomes on the Partner Success team.
In this role you will :
Be 100% focused on customer success, you are dedicated to meeting the requirements of both partners and customers.
Have built or want to build an effective team that contributes to the company's growth
Be focused on creating strong morale, fostering open dialogue, clearly setting expectations and enabling the team to be responsible for their own success.
Be counted on to exceed Revenue Retention goals, while focusing on the partner and customer experience
Be able to hire and coach Customer Success Managers to be trusted advisors for their partners and customers through the execution of industry best practices leveraging the HubSpot suite of products
Be able to identify gaps and roadblocks to the team's success, and in turn innovate on program / process improvement.
Collaborate across the organization to ensure that the team and their customers have the resources necessary to be successful (i.
e. Academy material, templates, reporting, etc.).
Develop and coach Customer Success Managers through change and career path growth.

Experience driving software product / feature adoption and expanded usage through others
Focused on account growth and retention
Strong business acumen and understanding of how a business operates; including : sales, consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
Organized complex processes tied to measurable positive outcomes
Been able to thrive in fast-paced environments
Experience developing and leading teams is a plus!
