Here’s some of the things you’ll be doing

  • Develop Coca-Cola (KO) system Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) platform to a Full Potential level, as a business fundamental for long-term growth
  • Lead the System behind Market Execution development and built culture. Opportunity mapping, commercial strategy & plans to capture opportunity, tracking & evolution, across different channels, off premise & on premise.
  • Execution at point of Sales ( POS) winning in the marketplace. Strengthen KO System Commercial Capabilities delivering strategy and tools that drive flawless outlet execution, working in collaboration with our stakeholders to accelerate market development.
  • Function Related Activities / Key Responsibilities :

  • Individual contributor that is fully proficient in applying established standards; knowledge base acquired from several years of experience in particular area;
  • works independently; may coach other professionals.

  • Co-design with functional teams the full potential plan for CDE. Guarantee flawless plan execution in coordination with Finance & Technical teams (Internal Policies Compliance).
  • Lead Execution strategy to win the marketplace & achieve 70% ICE Score.
  • Coordinate the process and assure successful communication of execution guidelines and results to the System.
  • Assure analytical tools deployment for all markets and all channels viewers, photo recognition and stewardship reports.
  • Incorporate best practices and new solutions for CDE & Market Execution.
  • Lead CDE & ICE Commercial Community and Routines : scorecards follow-up and best practices sharing.
  • Maintain and improve Key Execution Indicators to track execution performance & CDE ensuring Fast Start. Be the official source to Planning.
  • Support a joint planning process and align targets & activities with functional areas. Assure direct market investment optimization negotiations & bidding processes.
  • Education Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in English, Fluent in Spanish
  • Related Work Experience :

  • 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Trade Marketing area.
  • Extensive knowledge (preferred)
  • Strong Franchise Leadership skills
  • Marketplace knowledge
  • Abilities : Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Initiative, Teamwork, Work under Pressure, Adaptability.
  • Tools : Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Availability to travel frequently within the BU (30-40%)
