Contribute to and execute strategic plan for Wound Care therapeutic area
Compile end customer market data, needs, trends, competitive segment landscape
Initiate market research (end customer needs by segment), liaise with competitive intelligence and teamwork with local and Latam Marketing teams.
Working with Segment lead, translate knowledge and data into insights
Deliver insight-based information for innovation development and business cases
Develop category marketing materials
Provide content for different channels and audience
As a subject matter expert, provide content to brand marketing for category training to sales and distribution, including e-learnings.
Represent segment in appropriate innovation projects and vendor / sourcing partnerships (services)
Ensure ROI and KPI s, evaluation and follow up
Professional degree (marketing, business, medical or related degree)
Postgraduate studies in Marketing and / or MBA
5-10 years of marketing management experience in medical devices companies, or pharmaceutical, OTC Business.
Desirable experience in commercial areas.
Experience managing regional and local projects and vendors.
