  • Deep knowledge in the Wound care therapeutic area, Venous Ulcers and diseases, Diabetes, Diabetic foot, Pressure Ulcers, Burns.
  • Brands & competitors. In-depth knowledge of the current economy in the Latam market and in the focus country.

  • Deep understanding of the Colombian Healthcare system as well as in the retail market.
  • Budget Management (Planning, execution, follow up, metrics and KPI s).
  • Numeric and analytic skills to structure, conduct and generate insights, recommendations and action plans to the high-level management and the business.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, proficient in interacting with the senior leadership in the Latam region and all the organization levels.
  • Emphatic, assertive communication and negotiation skills
  • Key team player with multicultural sensibility.
  • Translate ideas into projects to deliver commercially and financially viable innovations. Be a generator of innovation for the line and the business.
  • Contribute to and execute strategic plan for Wound Care therapeutic area
  • Compile end customer market data, needs, trends, competitive segment landscape
  • Initiate market research (end customer needs by segment), liaise with competitive intelligence and teamwork with local and Latam Marketing teams.
  • Working with Segment lead, translate knowledge and data into insights
  • Deliver insight-based information for innovation development and business cases
  • Develop category marketing materials
  • Provide content for different channels and audience
  • As a subject matter expert, provide content to brand marketing for category training to sales and distribution, including e-learnings.
  • Represent segment in appropriate innovation projects and vendor / sourcing partnerships (services)
  • Ensure ROI and KPI s, evaluation and follow up
  • Professional degree (marketing, business, medical or related degree)
  • Postgraduate studies in Marketing and / or MBA
  • Fluent English
  • 5-10 years of marketing management experience in medical devices companies, or pharmaceutical, OTC Business.
  • Desirable experience in commercial areas.
  • Experience managing regional and local projects and vendors.
