Key Accountabilities :

  • Partner with leadership to coordinate, execute and maintain global learning & leadership development programs aligned with local business priorities, growth and demands
  • Work closely with business managers, training teams, People Solutions business partners and other areas to facilitate development and training initiatives that have strong impact for the business while balancing existing global programs.
  • Participates in and sets ongoing routines with senior leadership within country or countries in scope to provide visibility of upcoming programs, present progress against general programs and review current needs to present proposals.
  • Coordinate and lead a regional and / or global workstream for at least one of L&D s One Concentrix programs (Team Leader Academy, Ops Manager Academy, Coaching, etc.)
  • Dynamic facilitation of classroom or virtual-based and blended learning content through the application of a variety of instructional techniques, for multiple levels with stronger focus in senior audiences.
  • Lead and support learning & development initiatives in collaboration with the regional L&D team
  • Benchmark learning best practices across the organization / workstreams and leverage as appropriate.
  • Evaluates L&D Facilitator s and other team member s performance results to assist in uncovering team s needs and proposing efficiencies and solutions to increase results.
  • Ensure accurate records and documentation of learning activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness.
  • Actively supervises learning facilitation of team in scope to ensure the necessary fundamental training concepts, including facilitation, instruction, and classroom management are optimal and conducive to learning and on-job application.
  • Requirements :

  • A Bachelor s degree in organizational development, human resources, education, or related field with at least three years related experience and / or equivalent five to seven years of relevant experience.
  • Coaching certifications aligned or validated by ICF and / or minimum of 2 years coaching experience is a plus.
  • Excellent learning facilitation skills in both virtual and onsite options with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in leadership development, adult learning, blended learning, and / or organizational development.
  • Strong business acumen including problem solving, critical thinking, and leadership in business environments.
  • Proven ability at handling competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced and changing environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • English (at least 85% proficiency) language. Other languages like Portuguese are a plus.
  • Ability to present business proposals, negotiate and influence senior leaders, and translate complex data into simple concepts to drive decisions
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite of products and Learning Management Systems experience a plus.
