We need a great team to help us execute - so come join us! Summary SproutLoud's Media Buy Analyst (MBC) is responsible for supporting our customers with day-to-day projects and marketing initiatives using SproutLoud technology.
This individual is knowledgeable about media buy placement (ie. Radio, Television, Print, Outdoor, Malls and Events) and knows how to get the most value for each customer.
The MBC is able to handle high volume of work and thrives on the energy of working in a fast paced environment. This individual is detail oriented and process driven and always looking to find innovative ways to improve day to day processes.
including Account Managers, Media Payables, Traffic Coordinators and Digital Production Teams + Communicate to Team Lead and team members regarding impediments and necessary features identified for improvements + Provide top level customer service on all customers inquiries and requests : this includes Media Buy campaigns, Direct Mail, custom creative support, Digital ads, STYD, Payment problems, Funds and DIY Campaigns + Responsible for insight on all Media Buy Campaign related items including creative, invoices, payment problems and reporting + Coordination of all aspects related to Media Buy Campaign across Traditional media up to and including Digital ads within customers ad campaign + Specialities include communications around Media Buy campaign, Paid Media Marketing, Customer Service, Vendor relations, document review and distribution, scheduling.
