The Role

  • As a Health and Benefits you will be responsible for the support of regional platforms as first point of resolution and is accountable to follow-
  • up resolution escalated to the second level.- Provide support for Client Data configuration in Benefits IT platforms and provide training about this IT platforms for local users through the region.

    The Requirements

  • Aptitude to learn new technology products and services
  • Ability to gain a strong understanding of the administrative process as it relates benefit platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • User skills - internet browsers
  • Ability to complete multiple demands within established deadlines
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a program with heavy emphasis on system administrator : Technical computer, system engineering, IT administrator
  • 3 year of experience is required
