The Sales Manager will be responsible for :

  • Defining and reaching the annual sales budget;
  • Developing the marketing plan to ensure sales objectives;
  • Identifying business opportunities and launching new product lines;
  • Developing the relationship with KOL s and medical societies, identifying areas of opportunity;
  • Integrating all company areas through teamwork and result-driven leadership;
  • Hiring and developing high performance sales teams;
  • Ensuring timely supply and maintaining optimal levels of inventories, optimizing the use of demo units and maximizing return on investment;
  • Coordinating the development of policies (prices, sales, compensation, credit and collections), defining and implementing administrative procedures and internal controls, ensuring compliance within the organization.
  • We are looking for a candidate fluent in English, with 15 years experience in sales and marketing and 10 years in Medical / Pharmaceutical industry.

    Experience in multinational companies is a plus. Experience as Sales Manager, managing cross-functional teams, with good interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
