  • Managing short notice changes to travel itineraries.
  • Prepare Travel (flights / accommodation)
  • Diary management, organizing and coordinating client meetings, events, lunches, trips, road shows, closing dinners, entertainment, etc.
  • Answering the telephones and accurate message taking.
  • General filing, photocopying and faxing
  • Order and monitor stationery supplies (letter head, inventory, order requirement, etc.)
  • Organize audio and video conferencing meetings with clients and internals.
  • Prepare letters, agendas, presentations, etc.
  • Arranging couriers, booking taxis.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
