Our client is currently searching for an Administrator to join their growing team.The role and responsibilities of the Administrator will include : -

Working within a dynamic team in a mixed role of administrative and secretarial duties in order to support the Fee Earners and Notary.

  • You will be handling diary management, taking calls and relaying messages from clients.- Dealing with all administrative duties such as : * Audio typing.
  • Updating the management system.* Filing.* Photocopying.* Scanning.The choosen candidate will : - Have strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Have a good eye for detail.- Previously worked in a similar position.- Having some experience of audio typing is desirable.
