We are seeking an organized and detailed oriented, English-speaking Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team remotely.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating timelines for all brands marketing campaigns, as well as communicating with all team members in different areas to make sure that projects are delivered on a timely manner.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist and coordinate marketing efforts Open English and Next U product.
  • Execute strategies with cross-functional online and offline marketing teams
  • Manage the operations that include all the planning and execution of a TV brand campaign
  • Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns
  • Maintain a deep understanding of business goals and marketing objectives
  • Keep abreast of current events, social / digital media trends and any target market industry trends that impact business
  • Coordinate digital reporting per brand to ensure proper documentation of all quarterly activation.
  • Utilizes continuous process improvement while working with cross functional areas of the organization to improve and timely execution of projects
  • Manages on-going relationships and account payables with established marketing vendors
  • Qualifications :

  • Must be based in Bogotá
  • Conversational in English and fluent Spanish,
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and / or communications preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of related Project Management and / or marketing operations experience
  • Previous knowledge of digital marketing
  • Highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers
  • Demonstrated project management skills in a multi-functional environment
  • Experience with Project Management tools, such as Jira, Dapulse, Basecamp, Redbooth
  • Ability to manage complex processes and fluid timelines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Continuous improvement thinking.
  • Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills
  • Proficiency at MS Suite : Excel, Word, PowerPoint
