We are looking for a Level 3 Senior Engineer who will be responsible for troubleshooting and managing tickets within client SLA parameters.

This role is a diverse role and will require constant client communication and time management. You will be responsible for helpdesk tickets, working on escalated ticket, and will be responsible for proactive maintenances.

Daily dutiesHelpdesk support for USA Clients Remote supportTroubleshoot applications Office 365, AutoCAD, QuickBooks, etc.

  • Manage VIP client issues top priority clientsProactive maintenancesAct as point of contact for clients concerns and needsEnsure client satisfactionInterface with appropriate technical personnel for client problems that cannot be resolved effectively within your team.
  • Maintain good communication with Account Managers and Team Leader with regards to events and changes transpiring at client sitesCandidate requirementsEnglish Level C2Excellent communication, customer service, planning, problem solving, goal setting, quality, and time management skillsAt least 4 years of related work experience with a positive track record of customer service.

    Solid knowledge of hardware and software with, but limited to, PCs, laptops, smartphones, tablets, printers, general office equipment, Microsoft Office, and Windows OS.
