What you'll be doing
Managing and developing of the Supply Chain activities as Material Planning, Warehousing, Receiving, Dispatching, Staging, Logistic (Distribution and Reverse Logistic) Managing the operational performance of the Supply Chain tasks through reports as inventory control of equipment, registration of equipment received and dispatched, stock accuracy, distribution and reverse logistic.
Ensuring continuous management of operational costs, developing plans to reduce the expenses and to improve the service level for the internal and external customers.
Monitoring the key performance indicators and implement the action plans to improve the operation Guarantee the timelines for the internal customers according to the flows and processes Improving the interface with the other areas as Procurement, Service Delivery, Field Service, Sales, Engineering and Service Desk, considering productivity, service level, cost control and internal customer satisfaction.
