  • Ensure the control of the assets equipment at our warehouses in Colombia
  • Assure that the assets equipment are in a controlled and secure environment at warehouses in order to avoid any type of fraud
  • Guarantee the inventory accuracy of the assets equipment equal or over 98%
  • Optimize the logistic costs (distribution and reverse logistic) by signed suppliers guaranteeing the service level agreement
  • Guarantee the order fulfilment to preserve internal and external Customer satisfaction
  • Observe vendor payment process in order to avoid issues that affect the supply of godos.
  • What you'll be doing

    Managing and developing of the Supply Chain activities as Material Planning, Warehousing, Receiving, Dispatching, Staging, Logistic (Distribution and Reverse Logistic) Managing the operational performance of the Supply Chain tasks through reports as inventory control of equipment, registration of equipment received and dispatched, stock accuracy, distribution and reverse logistic.

    Ensuring continuous management of operational costs, developing plans to reduce the expenses and to improve the service level for the internal and external customers.

    Monitoring the key performance indicators and implement the action plans to improve the operation Guarantee the timelines for the internal customers according to the flows and processes Improving the interface with the other areas as Procurement, Service Delivery, Field Service, Sales, Engineering and Service Desk, considering productivity, service level, cost control and internal customer satisfaction.

  • Graduation on Engineering or Logistics or Business Administration
  • Training

  • BT Mandatory training
  • Awareness ISO9001, ISO14001, OSHAS18001
  • Communication writing, reading, conversation and formal presentations
  • Languages English intermediate and Spanish fluent
  • Financial control and KPI management
  • Experience

  • At least 5 years assisting supply chain activities as receiving, dispatching, warehousing, logistic, staging and material planning
  • At least 5 years on supplier management focusing in quality improvement and cost optimization
  • Decision taken and attitude ahead troubles working under pressure
  • Practice clear and assertive communication to internal and external customers and suppliers, in formal presentations or through different communications tools
  • Good communication, in formal presentations or through different communication tools
  • Skills on strategic planning of deals and goals definition, information to team and performance monitoring
