We are on the look out for an Account Manager to join our Strategic Accounts team in London. This is a new role to support the growth and development of Teads' most important advertiser accounts
Collaboration with Teads' Global Industry Directors to deliver best-in-class account management service
Responsibility for supporting Joint Business Plans for Teads' largest partnerships across CPG, Luxury and Auto categories - internally and externally focussed
Understand clients’ objectives and KPIs and ensure local teams are optimising towards these to drive results. Provide consistency in reporting and set benchmarks for local teams for the key accounts you manage alongside the Global Industry Directors
Developing presentations, newsletters, microsites alongside marketing / design to ensure constant communication with our top STA partnerships
Pipeline tracking across markets and sharing of campaign information to ensure Teads maximises opportunity to win business across as many markets as possible
Spend Tracking and JBP benefits tracking on a monthly basis
Regular reporting of campaign performance data to internal and external teams, coordinating with local markets to produce case studies of best work.
Co-ordination across our Insights, Teads Studio and Operations team to help deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews to clients
Troubleshoot campaigns and our partnerships and look for challenges that can be highlighted to our Industry Directors
Previous experience of working in a similar online Account Management role within Media Owner or Agency
Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills
Demonstrable experience of managing the end-to-end campaign process for top tier advertisers
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
World class client relationship management skills with direct client or agency experience
Ability to work in a fast paced media environment managing multiple competing priorities and the ability to demonstrate you are a self-starter
Mobile, Video and Programmatic experience
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
or recent graduate keen to move into a commercial / sales role in digital media
Fast learner, proactive and dynamic
Good communications skills and attention to detailᐧ
This role would give you excellent understanding of the 'what is' required to deliver excellent client service to major customers.
