We have an exciting opportunity available for a Project Analyst to join the Change Community of Practice (COO - Transformation).
This role works collaboratively with the project team and business stakeholders to source relevant information from business areas to enable development and maintenance of project plans, as directed by the Project Manager.
As a Project Analyst you will support the management and co-ordination of prioritised projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that the project goals and benefits are delivered to the agreed Business Case.
The difference you'll make
Providing project analyst support to projects, applying the organisation’s project delivery standards.
Support with the development and delivery of Business Cases, Risk and Issue Registers, communication plans and other core project management tools.
Organising meetings and working groups, preparation of project governance materials and capturing and tracking actions to support the Project Manager in the operation of project governance.
Sharing learning and best practices across the project team to contribute to overall team effectiveness.
What you'll bring
Previous experience in a professional environment, with a desire to develop skills in project delivery.
Awareness of key planning and project management methods, tools, and techniques.
It would be nice for you to have
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
No specific project management qualification is required for this role; however, an interest in learning and developing in the specialism is required.
Able to build rapport with project stakeholders and demonstrate influencing skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
What else you need to know.
This role is currently home based until corona virus restrictions are lifted. Once lifted you will be required to work a hybrid working pattern between home and our offices.
This is a secondment position for 12 months.
