What the role is
Selina is looking for freelance B2B sales representatives for our mission of expanding the most revolutionary hotel group of the industry.
Join our team if you got any experience of working on selling hotel / event products.
What you will be doing
Prospect potential business clients for Selina’s product offering (Accommodation, Food & Beverage, Cowork spaces, Events, Wellness, Travel & Tours)
Contact and follow up on potential business clients to offer Selina products.
Have a clear understanding of Selina’s concept, product offering, rates, benefits and packages.
Liaise with General Managers and location leadership to create packages and deals that cater to the potential client’s needs.
Agree and document the business deal between Selina and the business client.
Create and update the client profile in the CRM including their deal status and required follow ups.
Coordinate implementation of the deal’s agreements with reservations and / or location management
Process advance deposits on confirmed reservations. .
Manage all communications between the location(s) and the potential client until the deal is confirmed and signed.
Conduct a proper hand-off after a deal has been signed to location management.
Maintain relationships with clients for future business opportunities.
What you need for the role
2 years of experience in independent hospitality or events sales
Experience in event coordination (not required, but a plus)
Well connected in local business community
Sales & negotiation
Proficiency in local language
