As our Senior Product Manager you will lead our development team in Colombia and play a critical role in the strategy and execution of launching a new startup every 9 months starting with our wealth empowerment fintech, Monstro.

6+ years of proven experience as a product manager in multi-faceted and technical environment.

Fintech or insurance-tech background

Strong experience building a product from zero and launching it.

Demonstrated ability to lead 15 or more team members through the full technical project lifecycle

Capable of working with small group of technical resources to build a prototype

Additional Skills

Strong entrepreneurial drive, creative hands-on personality and proactive result-driven approach

Ability to establish, track and perform against clear performance indicators.

Excellent leadership, mentoring and people management skills both in person and remote

Team-player mindset to collaborate and problem solve with multidisciplinary teams.

Thrive under pressure and accept responsibility as the project leader

Management using agile methodologies.

Advanced English (C1 or C2) and Native Spanish communication skills
