Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for content requests, digital metrics analysis and reporting to monitor content progress, to develop content to enrich the user experience and increase traffic via SEO.
  • Research and provide insights to drive content development (ex : audit competitor content and consumer Ratings & Reviews)
  • Support PIM connector program - Own and drive the effort with our partners in prioritizing and defining detailed business requirements and collaborate on UAT process for content platform.
  • Liaison with PIM / DAM core team in executing best practices for ecommerce channel with the ability to facilitate workshops / meetings, driving conversations and white boarding during requirement gathering and process reviews.
  • Support content team from an operational standpoint for content optimization across retailers and reporting, among others.
  • Experience required :

  • 2+ years on ecommerce content / merchandising
  • Past experience on Hands-on content management for online channel (ie. Marketplaces, Amazon, Mercado Libre)
  • Basic knowledge of eCommerce ecosystems : product data and content that constitutes product catalog, the tools and systems that business users operate to create, maintain, validate and publish product information.
  • Technical Knowledge Required :

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop and basic HTML knowledge is a plus.
  • Understands e-commerce platforms and technologies and is able to adapt easily to changes within the space
  • Skills :

  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritize in a dynamic environment. Must perform under deadlines and multiple pressures.
  • Excellent business analytical skills to drive business
  • Excellent presentation skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers and suppliers.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills are required. Driven by results
  • Maintain documentation / guidelines to support new products and updates.
  • Ability to work independently, yet collaborate as part of a team.
  • Must have a high level of integrity, energy, passion and excitement and drive to make a difference!
