The Role

  • Implement orderly execution of design and requirements processes.
  • Define in detail all the conditions and characteristics of assurance solutions.
  • Update sales manuals for virtual branch office, and train support areas.
  • Support internal areas of technology, affected users, areas of segment, Legal and other areas that are necessary.
  • Participate in defining the characteristics and expectations of the new product, specialized solution.
  • Elaboration of commercial strategies.
  • The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Administration or a related field or Technology degree.
  • Previous skills developed in claims
  • Certificate of suitability required
  • Windows programs knowledge
  • Skills to daily follow up area indicators
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity
  • Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues
  • Strong analytical and creative skills
  • Continuous improvement mind-set increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each repetition and making recommendations for process improvement
  • Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
  • Ability to work both independently and on client teams
  • Sense of accountability; owning one’s work and taking pride in it
