Your main task will be to ensure optimal product portfolio fit to the assigned region, by monitoring market potential, customer requirements and competitor development, and providing comprehensive inputs to develop business strategy and targets.
More specifically, you will :
To succeed in the role, you have a minimum of Bachelor Degree in Engineering, combined with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in sales and / or product management.
Fluent in written and spoken English, matched with excellent communication skills is a must, as well as strong networking approach & excellent ability to guide, coach, influence and mentor others.
You have a high level of business acumen, strong analytical and systemic problem solving skills. It is advantageous to have an understanding of HV Products.
